lodge Product Returns (Crowdfunding Product)

The lodge solar speaker (Crowdfunding unit) was offered as a perk on Kickstarter and Indiegogo to customers who backed lodge and supported the campaign. Similar to the majority of crowdfunding campaigns, we do not offer returns or refunds to backers who received the lodge solar speaker as a perk.

We are committed to all of our crowdfunding campaign backers and will continue to support them with troubleshooting, firmware updates and repairs (in warranty and out of warranty) to ensure that they continue to enjoy their speaker.

 

lodge Product Returns (Retail Product)

We are confident that you will love the lodge solar speaker 4 series 2.  If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the original shipment date for a request for return. In order to return the product using the lodge return policy, please make sure of the following:

  1. The product was purchased directly from lodge outdoor.
  2. The product, packaging and materials (welcome card, USB-C cable, speaker stake (2 pieces), metal bracket, screws, USB-C rubber cover) need to be in excellent, ‘Iike-new’ condition, for a full refund.
  3. If product is not in excellent, ‘like-new’, condition or if any of the packaging and in-box materials are missing or damaged, then lodge will charge a 10% restocking fee and deduct it from the refund amount. If there is damage to the speaker (solar panels, speaker grille, tweeter, woofer, button panel, etc.) or the speaker stake components, then lodge reserves the right to adjust the re-stocking fee to a higher amount including, but not limited to, providing no refund.
  4. If a return is requested after 30 days from date of original shipment, then the product is not eligible for a refund. lodge will be happy to address any product issues covered under our warranty policy.
  5. Customers should follow the below steps to complete the returns process –
    1. Contact lodge sales support and request an RMA (return merchandise authorization).
    2. Lodge will send an email with a confirmed RMA number, prepaid shipping label, and shipping instructions to return the product back to lodge.
    3. Follow the instructions to send your product back to lodge.
    4. Return your product within 14 days of the RMA issue.
    5. The serial number of the product being returned must match the serial number on the RMA form.
    6. Expect to see a credit to your account within 10-15 working days after receipt of product at lodge. Credit will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase payment.

Purchase of a Product from or through anyone (including any retailer, reseller, or any online source) other than lodge, an authorized lodge dealer, or authorized lodge online reseller will not be considered for a return and refund.
