RV Show Promo

DISCLAIMERS FOR A PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAY:

This giveaway promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by Tungsten Audio, LLC, dba Lodge Outdoor (“Sponsor”), located at 9864 E. Grand River Ave. Suite 110, Unit 147, Brighton, MI 48116.  Participants in Promotion must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. A copy of your identification will be made in order to receive Promotion giveaway products. [will we actually make copies of IDs to give out speakers?  If not, should exclude, or rephrase as “Age verification may be required in order to receive Promotion giveaway products.”  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any participant for any reason, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time for any reason. All participants who receive a product demonstration are eligible and no purchase is necessary to enter, nor will a purchase improve or increase a participant’s chances of being selected for the giveaway product. Promotion period begins at [12:00PM] on [1/16/2025] and ends at [4:00PM] on [1/19/2025]. 

This Promotion will be available to all eligible St. Paul RV Supershow 2025 (“Trade Show”) patrons that receive a product demonstration, during the Trade Show.  Participants can enter the Promotion by completing an ENTRY FORM ticket and submitting the completed entry ticket to a Sponsor representative.  A maximum of one entry ticket per participant per day of the Trade Show will be allowed.  By submitting an entry ticket, participants agree to be added to Sponsor’s marketing list for future product marketing emails and promotions.  Entry tickets must be completed in full to be eligible for the Promotion. At the end of the Trade Show, two (2) entry tickets will be selected from the eligible list at random to receive one of two (separate and individual) Lodge Solar Powered Speaker demonstration units at no charge, an estimated product value of $399.00 each.  Entry tickets that are not selected in the Promotion have no cash value.

[Participants do not need to be present during the entry ticket selection to receive the promotional product giveaway; if the selected entry ticket participant is not present they will be contacted via phone number on the back of the entry ticket and have 24 hours to claim the giveaway demonstration unit before another participant is selected to receive that demonstration unit. If the phone number on the back of the entry form is not valid or legible another participant may be chosen for that give away demonstration unit. No new entry ticket submissions will be added to the Promotion selection pool after 1/19/2025 at 4:00PM] 

All taxes, if applicable, on any Promotion product given out are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed Promotion giveaway item for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Each participant releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to participant arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a giveaway product or participation in Promotion. The Promotion recipient shall bear all risk of loss or damage to his/her giveaway product after it has been accepted and/or delivered. Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage-due entries; or any and all technical error or failure. Promotion is subject to the laws of Michigan.
