  • If the speaker is exposed to salt, chlorinated water, dust or other residue, gently rinse with fresh water following the exposure to remove residue
  • If you need to use the USB-C port to charge the speaker, make sure the speaker and the USB-C connector port is fully dry before charging.

Management Regulation for Low-power Radio-frequency Devices

Article XII
According to “Management Regulation for Low-power Radio-frequency Devices” without permission granted by the NCC, any company, enterprise, or user is not allowed to change frequency, enhance transmitting power or alter original characteristic as well as performance to an approved low power radio-frequency devices.

Article XIV
The low power radio-frequency devices shall not influence aircraft security and interfere legal communications; If found, the user shall cease operating immediately until no interference is achieved. The said legal communications means radio communications operated in compliance with the Telecommunications Act.

The low power radio-frequency devices must be susceptible with the interference from legal communications or ISM radio wave radiated devices.

DON’T attempt to remove the rechargeable lithium-ion battery from this product. Contact your local Lodge retailer or other qualified professional for recycling and disposal.

You acknowledge and agree that the technology embedded in and used to create the Product constitute valuable trade secrets, intellectual property and expertise of Lodge. To the extent You come into possession through authorized use of the Product of any such trade secrets and/or intellectual property, You will not disclose them to any third party. Lodge Products are also protected by one or more patents.

lodge Product Warranty (Crowdfunding Product)
The lodge warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days after the date of original purchase. The lodge warranty is not a guarantee that lodge products will operate and be error-free at all times, or that all errors can and will be corrected.

If you have submitted a claim under the warranty period, and you have returned the product to us according to our specifications, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you.

If the product issue is not covered under the lodge warranty, or the warranty has expired, we will inform you of your options for service and/or replacement and the fee associated with that.

The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace your product.

Limitations - The foregoing warranty does not extend to problems in the Product that result from:

  • Use of the Product in a way for which it was not designed.
  • Use of the Product with other products, hardware or products not supplied by, and inconsistent with the documentation provided by lodge.
  • Failure to update the product with firmware fixes made available by lodge.
  • Issues arising from external causes such as accident, abuse or mis-use.
  • Product that has been tampered with and/or modified.
